The Administrator makes every effort to ensure that your personal data is adequately protected.

4. HOW DO WE OBTAIN THE DATA WE PROCESS?

We collect data directly from you when you consent to the newsletter service, register as an E-shop User, and place an order. You can also provide us with your data when you contact the Administrator yourself, for example, to request information.

5. WHAT CATEGORIES OF DATA DO WE PROCESS?

The scope of data we process depends on the service you use.

If you only use the newsletter, we process your email address.

If you register as an E-Shop User, the scope of data we ask you for depends on whether you are a consumer or an entrepreneur – a person running a business, or you represent a legal person.

If you are a consumer, please provide your name, address, email address and telephone number.

If you are an entrepreneur or represent a legal person, we will also ask you to provide your Tax Identification Number (NIP) and contact details appropriate to the form of your business (respectively: legal name of the sole proprietorship or legal person, registered office address).

6. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE AND BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING?

We process your data primarily because it is necessary to provide the service you are interested in: subscribing to the newsletter, registering a User account, placing an order in the E-Store.

The primary basis for processing personal data is your consent. This is voluntary, but necessary to initiate the relevant service.

In particular, your personal data is necessary for activities such as concluding a contract (which occurs as a result of placing an order), shipping ordered goods, or issuing an invoice. We may also process personal data to contact you in connection with order fulfillment and in connection with handling any complaints.

After concluding the contract, we may process your data, the processing of which is necessary to perform the contract or to take action at your request, submitted before concluding the contract.

If you provide additional consent by checking the appropriate box in the registration form, we may also process your personal data for marketing purposes, i.e. to inform you about new products, services and promotions offered by the Administrator.

8. HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR DATA?

The personal data you provide after placing an order may be retained for the time necessary to process and settle the order, provide account management services (if you register on the website), and deliver the requested marketing information. Withdrawing consent to data processing or submitting an effective objection means that we will no longer process your data within the scope of the withdrawn consent or effective objection.
