RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Customers have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days of receiving their order. If 14 days have passed since our purchase was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund. In exceptional cases where the returns deadline has passed, please contact us by email – we will try to propose a satisfactory solution.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when received. It must have its tags attached and be non-washable. It must also be returned in its original packaging along with a completed returns form.

RETURN

To make a return, please complete the form (PDF file ( download ), DOC file ( download )) and include it with your shipment. If you are unable to print the form, please write down the necessary information by hand.

If your return is accepted by us, we will immediately transfer the funds to the account number you provided.
We reserve 14 days to process returns.

To facilitate the returns process, we can arrange for a courier to collect the package. Shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund.

We do not accept parcels sent via Polish Post or from parcel lockers or collection points.

EXCHANGE

We kindly ask you to return the products together with the completed returns form - this will allow us to efficiently process the refund procedure to your account.

To facilitate the exchange process, we can arrange for a courier to collect the package. Shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the refund.
